The Cons:Can get bogged down and start lagging while navigating menus, reading texts/e-mail. Fairly expensive for a limited functionality featurephone - the same price as many high end smartphones. Side buttons are overly sensitive - are always hit accidentally.

It was released for Verizon Wireless in late 2009 and comes with all their most touted features: V CAST Music, V Cast Movies, and VZ Navigator. This translates to a 2MP camera/camcorder and an integrated GPS unit. It also includes EV-DO and even more importantly, support for push-to-talk functionality. Advanced features include voice command, mobile IM, a wireless web browser, POP/IMAP email, web-based email, and Bluetooth. Signature to the Rock is the included G’zGear suite of applications that house a compass, pedometer, thermometer, astro calendar, sunrise/sunset app, and even a tidal graph.
