Despite not being a smartphone, the GC900 can still browse the internet through either a Wi-Fi connection or phone data networks, and features A-GPS navigation with geo-tagging of photos. It can playback music and DivX video through Dolby Mobile. The target user base are people looking for a touchscreen phone with multimedia features, but don't necessarily want to go for a full-blown smartphone running Windows Mobile or Blackberry OS. The GC900 is currently only available in Europe, and uses the LG S-Class virtual scroll wheel user interface.
