These include being the world's first phone with a 16-million color display, a screen lens made of almost scratch-proof 62-carat sapphire, and a swivel cover with tungsten carbide-coated gears. Overall, the Aura is designed to appeal to those who value quality of every single part of the phone. The fact that it has over 700 individual parts speaks to why it is so expensive.
