The Nokia 2323 is a dual-band entry-level candybar phone with several basic features. Its frame design and features are almost identical to those of the Nokia 2323. It has a simple, stylish frame, and calling functions like conference calling, speed dialing, and number and message screening.

The main differences between the two are that the 2330 comes with a built-in VGA camera with video capture and playback, and has slightly longer battery life. All other features are the same: The 2330 still has a built-in FM radio receiver with broadcast recording capabilities, it uses the Nokia 40 operating system and has the same personal information features like reminders, to-do list and calendar. It also features Opera 8 internet browsing, and uses Bluetooth 2.0 wireless technology.
