The Nokia 2651 is Nokia's first entry-level flip phone and it has several basic features. It has a unique design that hides the phone hinge when unfolded, and has large keys and a four-directional navigation key.

It also has a 4096 color screen with downloadable themes, and can download polyphonic ringtones. It is capable of SMS and MMS messaging and includes T9 predictive text. The 2651 can access the Internet and can store up to 256 entries in its phone book. It is dual-band receptive and expected battery life is around 3 hours of talk time.
