Nokia 5310 XpressMusic
$299.00
Released October, 2007
The Pros:Good format support (AAC, MP3, MP4). Well placed headphone jack. Dedicated music buttons.
The Cons:Not enough internal storage. Sounds too metallic with some songs. Plastic cheap construction.
One of Nokia's "Xpress Music" music phone's evolves the line from its rocky start with the slider 5300. The 5310 is a candybar phone, and in that sense, somewhat unremarkable. However, like the other Xpress Music phones, the 5310 carries a trio of music keys, which according to review sites like GSMarena and MobileBurn performs "very well".

Nokia's decision to include a standard headphone jack was very well recieved, and that it's mounted to the upper edge earned the device a place in many people's collection as a replacement for iPod nanos and similar devices.
The 2MP camera is the most criticized piece of the phone, called "sluggish" by GSMarena.
The phone runs Nokia's S40 platform, and J2ME.
