The Nokia 6700 is a candybar mobile phone originally released in June 2009 as a step-up from the 2007 Nokia 6300, and then later re-released in December 2009 as the Nokia 6700 Classic Gold Edition. It maintains the 6300’s simply candybar frame, but hosts a slew of improved features, including a 5MP camera/camcorder with flash, an integrated music player, a built-in GPS sensor, and microSD memory support up to 8GB.

The 6700 supports GPRS, EDGE, and HSDPA data transfer, but it unfortunately does not include WiFi connectivity. Critics also note that the 6700 is a fingerprint magnet; it has no standard headphone socket or adapter; and it does not support syncing with Macintosh computers.
