The Nokia 7705 (or Nokia Twist) is a CDMA/EVDO phone with a unique square form factor that swivels outwards to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard. It is a mid-range phone that targets frequent text-messagers or those who prefer a unique style of phone, as it also has a vibrant menu and interface.

Its "habitat" mode allows the user to assign an avatar to specific contacts. There is a 3 megapixel camera, a full HTML web browser, and a blog-posting application, as well as video recording. The camera has a flash and autofocus, and several different settings (white balance, artistic filters, etc). It has Bluetooth 2.0 with various different Bluetooth profiles, and its expected battery life is about 270 minutes of talk time.
