The 9500 features two displays, one large internal one for use with the keypad, and a smaller external one for use as a phone.

Both are color displays. The phone comes with integrated Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as document, spreadsheet and presentation viewers and editors. It has a VGA camera with video capture, speakerphone and conference calling capabilities. It also includes a music player and HTML Internet browser. The phone is tri-band receptive and is Bluetooth compatible. Internal memory is 80MB, and there is an MMC card slot to expand. Battery life is around 6 hours of talk time.
