The Samsung C417 is an entry-level quad-band flip phone with a slim frame and several basic features. It has a 65k color internal display and an external black and white informaiton display, as well as a VGA camera.

It also has Bluetooth wireless technology, WAP 2.0 Internet browsing, and compatibility wiht Yahoo and AOL instant messaging services. It has a built-in speakerphone, allows SMS and MMS messaging, and includes personal information applications like calculator, memo book, stop watch and to-do list with alarms. It can also play and download polyphonic and mp3 ringtones.
