The Samsung E730 is an lower-mid-range flip phone that has a variety of basic features. It has two displays of identical size on the interior and exterior, and both have 262k colors. It features a 1.3-megapixel digital camera with flash and digital zoom, as well as video recording and playback.

The E730 also has an mp3 player and FM radio receiver as well as WAP 2.0 Internet browser. It allows SMS, MMS and email messaging, and also has Bluetooth wireless capabilities. The phone is supposed to wirelessly print photos by communicating directly with a printer via Bluetooth.
