The Cons:Touchscreen performance isn't ideal--a bit inconsistent at times. User interface takes a bit of getting used to--not the most intuitive layout. Slow performance--gets bogged down by certain applications.

The Samsung Instinct HD is an internet-enabled messaging phone for the Sprint network. It is unique in that it lies inbetween the smartphone and dumbphone category, as it offers more features a messaging phone, but not as many features nor as extensive features as an actual smartphone.

There is no app store for the Instinct HD, however it does have several preloaded programs including 2D/3D GPS navigation, a full HTML browser web browser, and visual voicemail. It also features a built-in 5MP camera with a TV output. The Samsung Instinct HD is touchscreen, and has a built in accelerometer.
