The most notable downsides are the lack of 3G and WiFi connectivity — which means no high-speed web browsing or basement signal reception — and no video player, not to mention a weak 1.3MP camera without autofocus or flash. On the bright side, the Intensity does offer VZ Navigator (GPS) with Family Locator, the ability to upload free songs via a USB connection (Rhapsody required), and expandable memory up to 16GB via microSD. Additional features include a WAP browser, a 2.5mm headphone jack, and the ability to submit voice commands without training the unit.
