Protecting the hardware is a titanium frame, sapphire crystal coating on the screen, stainless steel on the keys, and knurled rubber accents available in a variety of colours. The TI Neon also grants buyers access to two of Vertu's exclusive services--Vertu Fortress and Vertu Concierge, which provide data backup and a range of personal services, respectively.
